Return Policy
You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift wrapping charges.

We charge a 30% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging.

Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare items due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully.

U.S. Shipping
We have only ship Standard Air Mail ($US7) which orders normally arive within 10 -21 days after being shipped. We do not offer any express shipping services.

All shipments are gauranteed, but delays do occur at time due to items being out of stock, and this is on top of normal shiping times. You do not need a prescription to buy our products as we work under the laws of the country we ship from. We do recommend you check with your local customs to see if it is okay to import these products.
